Installation Guidelines
- 1Ensure concrete subfloor is clean, flat (3/16" in 10 ft), and dry (< 3 lbs moisture vapor emission).
- 2Acclimate carpet tile to room temperature (65–95°F) for 24 hours before installation.
- 3Snap chalk lines to establish a centered layout. Start from the center of the room and work outward.
- 4Apply pressure-sensitive adhesive with a 3/16" V-notch trowel. Allow to flash off until clear and tacky.
- 5Install tiles in a monolithic (all arrows one direction) or quarter-turn pattern as specified.
- 6Press each tile firmly, rolling with a 35 lb roller in both directions to ensure full adhesion.
- 7Trim perimeter tiles with a sharp utility knife. Install matching wall base after carpet is complete.
